Gideon is also a career development practitioner with the professional training of Facilitating Career Development (FCD) jointly awarded by the National Career Development Association (NCDA) from the United States of America and Ngee Ann Polytechnic Singapore. As a career practitioner, he is able to help people in need in choosing academic major, career exploration and transition, talent development and organizational talent management.
